Attack Galettes

Wow i I don't know which recipe you were reading but any flavourings and extracts should only be measured in drops or teaspoons so a TB must make the whole thing inedible?? Definitely a typo - for a normal 1-egg + 1.5 TB oatbran and 1 TB fromage frais galette you should not need any flavouring especially in attack. If you want some though, I'd not use more than half a teaspoon. Check the almond one, it tends to be oil-based, not a good idea except in drop quantities...
