I was sure that it said somewhere that the tesco ultra meal replacement shakes were an acceptable alternative to exante shakes... I'm in the mood for 2 shakes today and don't want to end up with 2 soups on another day! However, can't find the thread that said this was OK, and they seem a bit different - slightly higher carbs and say to mix with milk?
