Fell off the wagon....

Hello guys and girls, I'm a newbie round here (hence this post).. Here's my story....

31st December 2010 I decided "that's it i'm going to change my lifestyle and lose weight starting from the new year" 1st of January I Joined a Gym, started to eat healthy and I was also playing Rugby league since August too..

I was doing really well I got from 20 stone to 17 stone in 3 months. The all of a sudden I was slowly getting my bad habbits back, Drinking after the rugby which lead to getting a take away then not bothering to go to the gym, going to rugby training and then having a chineese straight after. This kept going on until early June..

I went to Malia on holiday and it was just eat and drink for 10 days.. when I arrived home last week I thought, that's it need to get back on the wagon, hence why I'm here, just for a bit of support and advice (Obviously it's a 2 way street so I'll offer as much support as anyone needs)..

My current weight is around 18.5 stone, looking to get down to about 14 or 13. I'm currently trying the Biggest Loser diet and see how that works, combined with rugby and other cardio, hopefully that will shed the pounds... Oh yeah, I also have my Mojo back!!

If you have reached this far without falling asleep, WELL DONE!! I hope to speak with some of you soon... :D
