I lost 3.5ibs today so very happy with that but this means I am 1/2ib away from 2 stone gone since I joined ww, so little but frustrated I didnt manage that extra 1/2ib.

I know I shouldnt be so here's to getting my two stone next week

1ib gone this week, so thats now 2 stone gone with ww just i time for my holiday to Spain tomorrow!!

I'm back from my holiday and was up 3.5 ibs which I was quite happy with (i was up more but had a few days on my return before weigh in to get some off)

Lost 1.5ibs this week,have to get 2 more ibs off now and I'll be back on track

I have just joined the Christmas challenge as well to keep my going
