I have just came across this site, so hopefully I am doing this right and posting in the right place.
I joined WW on Wednesday and found I have 9 stone to lose. I can't believe it! 9 stone!!!:cry:
I seriously cannot believe I got so fat! I lost weight when I was pregnant and then put on loads after my 2 kids. I am also on a few medications that gain weight.
I have tried various diets and never stuck to one really so I thought I would join WW and see what happens.
From going by the pro points system and seeing what is in the foods and how many points they are worth, I realised I was looking at food completely wrong!
My husband is not supportive at all, so I am hoping to get a bit of support here and I would love to hear other people's success stories.
