My boss has just given me a load - she has been deep frying them in a white wine batter and says they are delish - just wondered if anyone has any sw friendlier recipes?
 
I would dip them in beaten egg then roll in breadcrumbs mixed with herbs/spices of your choice. Spray with frylight and bake! :)
