Food calories or net calories?

Heya :) I'm giving cc a go to maintain my weight :) according to mfp I need 1690 cals to keep my weight.

Should I make that food calories or net calories once I've accounted for exercise?

MFP already has any deficits (if needed) built in, so as long as you've got your goals set up correctly, you need to net those cals - so you really need to eat back your exercise cals :) That's a nice, generous amount of cals, I'm sure you'll manage to maintain just fine, well done xx
