First Weigh in not for 13 days!!

Hope we are all well!!!
Was meant to be getting weighed Sunday for first weigh in however cdc going away now and I cant fit in with her when shes available before due to work!! Gutted!!

I have enough packs just worried I need to see results to stay focused!!! xx

thats abit bad that is she shouldn't of took you on if she was gonna go away and i don't think a last minute thing is professional.
just think how big your weightloss will be. but if you really need to you could weigh in on your scales or at boots.

I started on 21st June and my first wi is 14th July as my CDC is on holidays!! I just weigh myself every weds morning and use that weight for my progress
