Binging

I can haz cake?
I kinda gave in today and ate some rubbish (had tacos for dinner, and a BIG bag of revels)

the weird thing is I actually feel horrible... I was planning to have a weekend off dieting (my birthday weekend) but now I'm not sure I want to!! My body feels wick :(

I've finally come to the turning point where I actually don't want to eat garbage...

How did I do this for so long?? Its madness!! :sigh:

I know how you feel - hubby and I went out tuesday and we decided to have fish and chips - my tummy did not handle the fat at all well and I felt unwell most of the day. Guess the body tells you when you are not eating what you should !

Its crazy isn't it hon? When you go back to eating like you did before your stomach just can't handle it!! Even having a chippie or a kebab (chicken shish of course ;)) sends my stomach into a tailspin and I can't sleep properly that night!

Pretty much ANY takeaway or fast food does that to me now. Gives me awful stomach cramps similar to laxative pains when they start working

Aye I know its awful. I usually can manage with having a takeout once a week, but anymore and my body just... breaks.

I was going to go get a kfc from over the road at lunch but decided to buy a sandwich from tescos instead..

Now i'm sitting with the remains of a slice of my birthday cake at my desk... and I don't even know if I can eat it without being sick lol...

so i did just run over and throw it in the bin.. achievement for me!!!

It was my 21st two weeks ago and my sister baked me a beautiful birthday cake and i just couldnt bring myself to eat it, i knew i'd feel so guilty. But i felt guilty by not eating any after all the hard work she put in to it. Luckily my dad and brothers are greedy pigs and polished it off haha. But i feel the same when i eat something I know i shouldnt i feel so guilty even if its pointed in my dailes just feel like i shouldnt be eating it even ifs allowed.

It's always a surprise when we don't need what we've always had and in the first few weeks of changing our lifestyles that food is what we crave!
I was in Manchester at the weekend and went to a chinese buffet that has always been my treat as I don't go to Mancs very often.
I hadn't taken huge amounts anyway 1 piece s/s chicken, 1 piece s/s pork etc (just to say I'd had it!) 2 steamed dumplings. I had to apologise to the man clearing the plates cos I hardly ate half of it! He was so lovely and said as long as you've left room for ice cream! Now I'm sorry theres ALWAYS room for ice cream lol (specially soft Mr Whippy type!).
Means this time we really are going to do it!
Happy Birthday for the weekend Hannata

its the weirdest thing because when i was dieting i was always wanting rubbish... but now i've given myself a few days off i've realised there is actually a limit ._.

I'mma take home a piece of cake for my mum sister and dad, and leave the rest for the night staff. They are notorious for stealing peoples food, its the best way to get rid of unwanted food lmao :D

I'll try and remember this feeling for the next time i want to binge lol

Print works?

Print works? Not sure what it's called. It's on Princess St Just down from the Swan Hotel, fabulous food ( and so cheap lol) and they do cocktails to die for! One of the biggest cocktail menus I have EVER come across, they even do my all time favourite ~ Yellowbird mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
