SAS Log

Hi everyone!

I'm new to this whole Slimming World thing, this is my second week! I lost 2 and 1/2 lbs in my first week, but put on a pound this week. So my consultant said to me, try and do the SAS log and see where I am going wrong, cause I'm new to it all. She did explain it, but to be honest I have forgotten! The side asking about my aims etc, how should I be filling that in?

And any tips would be nice generally haha! Especially on sweet things, I have a bit of a sweet tooth!
 
Jelly pots!!! i loooooooooooooooooooove jelly pots!!! nice and sweet but not naughty at half a syn for low cal or sugar free ones

how do you fill it in? well what are your aims? to loose weight get healthy give it a big thought and then pop it down

my consultant said get your syns worth of chocolate... and then grate it lasts you ages having to eat it sticking it on your ya finger lol
 
the low cal jelly pots are more grown up flavours too yumm yumm lol
 
Ooh, I love the idea of grating chocolate!
 
dont forget to freeze it first or it melts while grating lol
 
I might grate my crisps lol
