SUDAFED!!!

Hey guys!!

Its my first day on SS today and im doing really well im quite proud of myself cos ive never last more than an hour on this diet!
But i am ultra determined this time!!

Only thing is im not well at the moment (not from the diet!!)
Im full of cold and got pain in my sinuses!!
Was wondering if i could take sudafed or is it not allowed!!

im really not sure and cant get hold of my counsellor to ask her!!

I take sudafed regularly and it doesnt affect my ketosis as long as i use the 12 hr release on as its more talc like in appearance. The shiny capsules are a no for me though.
