Xenical or Alli? Losses?

Hi guys
I am yo-yoing between 13st10 and 13st3, (5ft6) just cant seem to go lower and keep going back and forward.I would like to get to 10.5stone ideally. I have joined up with Slimming world to try and get me going down again but Im worried that if I only have losses of 1/2 to 1lb per week Im going to get disheartened. So I was thinking of supplementing it with either Alli or Xenical. Just wondering what sort of losses I could expect on either of them, I know everyone is different but just an idea, does it mean you lose 2lb a week or more? And if I wanted to try Xenical how should I approach the doctor and with my current stats do you think I would be a suitable candidate? How much does Xenical cost? Is it in perscription, so £7ish?
Thanks for your help in advance.:)

Hi Hun, you should be able to take Xenial as your bmi is 31, and you have to be above 27. Xenical is given in the form of prescription, so £7.50.

The theory behind it is, you loose a pound more each week. However that is just the theory..You can still have weeks where you plateau, where you don't loose and you can even gain the odd pound, just like any other diet.

Xenical isn't a magic pill sadly..it won't work unless you follow the rules.

Xenical is about a lifestyle change and not a quick fix, you need to watch fat, calories and exercise, that is a must, if you don't the weight will come off slower and it will go back on.
