Help me. !!!

Ive been on and off scottish slimmers for years and always worked i then tried slimming world which was great as so much free food lost a good bit of weight on that but again gave up but then tried it again but weight not shifting !!!

Im now 5 weeks til my wedding at my heaviest ever and need some motivation !!! Imcoming back to old faithful and sticking with slimming world its never failed me before

Other than the wedding bit this could be me! I've been a SS member on and off for years as well (I'm in Falkirk) and went over to SW and WW - lost initially then put it all back on (and more!) so as always back I've came to SS. How much are you looking to lose?
