Hi is it just me or does anyone else have trouble sleeping ?? I feel tired but when I get into bed just seem unable to sleep :-(

im really struggling i have sleeping tabs but dont know whether to take them incase dangerous?

Same trouble here too. Would love to hear from any others who have conquered this.

I blame this on ketosis, although I don't have any evidence .... however, every time I am in ketosis I seem to need less sleep and have more energy

Mind you, my house hasn't been so clean and tidy for a long time ;)

I've not been having any trouble getting to sleep, but have been waking up much earlier than usual and feeling quite awake, but this always happens to me when I start a new healthy eating/diet plan, because I'm not eating all the rubbish, I must have mre energy

Ugh, I have trouble sleeping anyway (probable sleep apnea) and was kind of rather hoping losing weight with Exante would IMPROVE my sleep, not make it worse!

Grr.

I have no trouble falling asleep but I do wake up alot earlier than I used to.

Me too

I go to bed but can't sleep, then feel tired in the morning when I have to get up :(

Same with me Tiana. It's so difficult that I'm sleeping so well when it's time to get up!

I have troubles and my dreams are vivid too. I guess its because burning fat and being energetic you dont need as many hours.

there is an antihystamine called phenergen that you can buy over the counter and it's better than any sleeping pill ive tried (and i've tried a few!!)

I find I'm sleeping OK but then I get up at 6am every day so I'm ready for bed around 10pm ish. Losing weight has improved my snoring (so the missus says, I never heard it!) which has almost certainly improved my sleeping too.

I have found exercising too close to bedtime does affect my ability to get to sleep, the body's still 'pumped up' and it takes longer to settle down. If anyone's doing that it might help to finish working out earlier in the evening?

My OH is definitely snoring less, or more quietly, I haven't had to reach for the earplugs recently. Though now it's the diet that's keeping me awake.

The only things that disturbs my sleep is dreaming about eating all the time! I wake up in a panic! Its a nice feeling, knowing it wasn't real though. Does anyone else get this?
