I LOVE Mini-Mins, as I am sure all of you do, too.
I have been struggling with Route to Management so decided to take a breather from food and go back on the packs. I also didn't log on here for a couple of days either and it's SOOO busy!
I've tried to catch up - decided to take a proper break from working (based at home today) - and it's been the perfect tonic. There are lots of new people - welcome, if you are reading this - and it's great to see so much activity.
I had a lightbulb moment while posting; coming back here, after a couple of days has been fantastic and makes me appreciate it even more. If you feel the urge to binge/go off track, maybe come on here?! And read some blogs, too.
The other thing that I wanted to say was that however hard LighterLife is (and it IS hard for most of us), it's SOOO worth it, in every sense. When you are so caught up in the programme, it's hard to gain perspective. It's still an emotional rollercoaster but it's a better emotional rollercoaster because I don't carry the shame of being five stone (well, give or take two pounds!) heavier.
So, if you're starting out, stay the course. One thing's for sure, you won't regret the results.
