Cadburys drinking chocolate

Hi, I'm new to the forums.
I was wondering if anyone knows how many syns are in cadburys drinking chocolate, the one you put in milk?

It says on the tin there's 380 calories in 100g and I've measured the amount I need which is just 10g so 38 calories.
