I do a Summer Veg Salmon Pasta. Tomatoes, Peppers, Onions, Herbs, Corguettes, Herbs. Poach some salmon in water and add it. Yum Yum Yum. Always save my HEA for it as well.
The above recipe with Philly sounds lush too! Just add a side salad for your 1/3rd superfree. Plus Philly light is a HEA on EE now - you get 71g which is loads!
