Help! Skinless Salmon?

Hi there! I hope someone can enlighten me.

I've done a little research online and found that majority of the nutrients (omega oils etc) are found in the skin of salmon, and not equally spread across the fillet.

I wondered if anyone had a points value for skinless salmon? I used/use it to make sushi and if I can save some points I'd really appreciate it! Per set amount of gramme would be a really useful measurement.

Thanks in advance!

You could always look on myfitnesspal at the nutritional values of skinless salmon fillets and then put it into your calculator. I did have a quick look myself and there's lots listed but i haven't got my calculator on me to work it out:)

Thanks! I don't have a physical calculator but i use the online ones. Handy when you at a comp :)
