Well day 2 has arrived, feeling ok but could have a full conversation with my gut! Never updated yesterday as had an earlier night due to feeling slightly tender. Thing is ive noticed with my gut being fairly empty of solids now that i can feel the acid if that makes sense. This tends to ease up after a few days though. Wonder if its due to the acid reflux?
