...cheese!

Yesterday I ate three different types!!! Someone also commented that they always see me eating cheese, so that can't be good :(

What will you guys not be eating today, or at least trying not to? ;)

peaches, cherries, redcurrants, gooseberries, blueberries and watermelon- although they're all sitting there juicy and ripe in our garden or fridge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Does cheese tend to stall people then? I hope it doesn't with me as its the reason I switched to Atkins lol! I have at least 80 grams a day!

This is my Achille's heel - there's a lovely pastry shop that I have to walk past every morning and today my willpower stayed in bed....

Cheese doesn't seem to stall me as much as say cream but I'm just wary that I consume way too much of it. I really do love cheese though; that, potatoes and ice-cream were my three favorite things.

pork scratchings that totally stalled me for a week and a half. another 1lb off overnight and an inch off my hips and boobs since i ditched them
 
anything i shouldn't!

was at a funeral yesterday morning , and ate a sausage roll, had stomach cramps all afternoon.
 
Yah I went a whole day without cheese!!!! :D Going to try and do it again tomorrow.

I cut out cheese yesterday! And I'm cutting out bacon and adding too much Lo-salt to things from now on also...I think they make me retain water.

But we shall see! Well done on cutting out cheese btw! I do miss mine! lol Good luck :)

Be careful with the fruit Ransch....peaches, cherries & especially watermelon are all high in carbs :eek: I would check what their carb values are before you dive in :D
 
Today I will not eat chicken breast!

Seems like I eat too much of it and its very quickly getting boring....now some lamb chops will be nice tho :p
 
I am giving cheese a miss for at least a week. Tough because I rely on it - I am vegetarian!

Never mind, this has to be done.
