Rubbish week health wise -again ,but hope 4good result on thurs ,goin out 4a meal tomorrow night though must choose well

Put 1lb on but not 2upset been out 3times this week ,back on track now!!!!

Yeh ,I'm real proud ,1 1/2 off only another 2 1/2 to get my stone n half award,proud cos had rubbish few weeks health wise !!!

Well done mam,I'm proud of you,I'm going to have today off cause I'm hungover and just want to eat rubbish, but then I'm being 100% from tomorrow and I want 3.5lbs off if I can next week for my stone award we can do this.xxx
