Points calculation help

Hi

I'm not going to the meetings and have decided to do the propoints myself. I've found a calculator online and it asks me to enter protein, carbs, fat & fibre.

My question is when entering carbs do i do the normal carbs or carbs of which sugars and when entering fat do I do normal fat or which saturates? Hope this makes sense!

Hi Flumpy, congrats on joining ww propoints. When entering carbs you enter the FULL carb amount, not just the sugars. Same with fats, enter the total amount of fats, not just the saturated. Hope this helps and good luck.
