Thought it might be a nice idea to share what we are all planning on / or have had for tea tonight... might be able to give each other some nice ideas...??

I am having :

Simply Cook Mini Chicken Roast (Chicken breast, sausage, stuffing, gravy) 280 cals
with yummy veg cauli, broccoli, carrots approx 42 cals and 56g of new pots boiled 42 calories (this is a guesstimate as until I see how much that really is I might pop another few grams on ;)
Total meal 364 cals

what about you - what are you having / planning to have ???

Stir-fry curry with smoked tofu and rice.
Cauliflower, brocolli, mushroom and peppers, home made curry paste with 100gms smoked tofu - all stir-fried then topped with lots of fresh coriander and served with rice. If I have enough calories left will have a large salad with it.

THURSDAY
Warm lentil and poached egg salad.
Again small cut stir-fried veg (different veg than yesterday) cooked with herbs and spices then add cooked lentils and heat through. Add spinach on top and leave to wilt whilst poaching 2 eggs. Top veg with eggs and sprinkle with black pepper - delicious.

Tonight I am planning on having a jacket potato with cottage cheese and salad.

I say planning - I am dashing out with kids now and havent factored in that the jacket potatoes are going to take an hour to cook - think the kids will be having good old pasta !!!!

Messed up tonight forgot to take fish out of the freezer so thought I would remedy it by making homemade pizza - had two pizza bases in freezer but when I got them out they were mouldy :( was going to use the Warburtons thins for me... so ended up with freezer cook from freezer whatever I can find for the kids and DH although he didnt do too bad with lamb shank ! and I had low fat laugh cow cheese triangle on asda crispbread and 1 pagen krisproll and 2 salt and vinegar rice cakes with cottage cheese on and then for afters sugar free jelly and fresh raspberries :( not great but not hungry now !

I had a WW frozen ready meal at the w/e - the wedges with cheese and brocolli - it was quite nice but didnt fill me up for tea for long- was only 200 cals tho so maybe better for me for lunch...

I have the chicken casserole one in the freezer for another night.

Which ones would you recommend?

I got the WW chicken noodle soup when I was shopping the other day, the one that comes in the tin, was going to have that for lunch today ;)
