On day 8 today is does get worse before it gets better hang on in there trust me soon you will be thinking how easy this is
The first time I did this in 2009 i had 12 days of pure hell thank god it's not like that this time don't think I could have coped especially with having a 5 month old baby girl now xx

keep drinking lots of water and it will make it easier day 4 was my worst day not that i felt bad i didn't get headaches etc i just craved food.
hope it cont hun

Glad your feeling better today! I am on day 2 and also feel better than yesterday but not as good as you sound!! haha!
