Exercise??

When did everyone start to introduce exercise when starting off with TS? I'm keen to start getting active, but don't think for the first few day whilst my body adjusts this is wise.
 
week 2 - I think most diets suggest a week to adjust. By week 2 you'll be in ketosis and your energy should be feeling alot better! I'm sure it helps shift the weight too ;-)
