I have been calorie counting since January and a regular here though this is my first post as my weight loss has come to a standstill this month :mad:.

I have lost over just over 30 pounds since January doing around 1200 calories a day and 15 minute jogging 5 days a week.

I have upped my training in the last month as I am doing race for life soon and I am running around 20 miles weekly and I upped my calories by about 200 daily to around 1400. I am wondering if this is where the problem is. I don't really know what to do but I really want to get this last stone off.
 
Do you use a heart rate monitor and calorie tracker? I'd suspect your calorie defecit is too much due to the extra training, and if it's been too big for too long, your weight will deffo stall x
You've done amazing so far, so I hope you find the key soon x
