I used

skimmed mik
1 tbsp coco powder
1 egg yolk
4 tbsp of splenda
7 drops vanilla ess

Mix all together & put in an ice tray. It makes quite a few so you could have a couple to satisfy your sweet tooth. Mmm!

does anyone know how much skimmed milk please?
what should the consistency be please?
and do they go in the fridge or freezer to set.
thanks

Hi I just used as much milk as needed to make a smooth moose consistancy. I put mine in the freezer but suppose you could put in the fridge

I think you can only have one or so though a day - cocoa powder is a strictly 'tolerated' extra, and you're allowed a TS of the reduced fat variety (which is near-impossible to find here last time we discussed this)

Tescos does a Fat reduced cocoa powder that is 1g of carbs to a teaspoon
3 tsp to a tablespoon so 3 carbs ,
I don't like using raw egg yolk so this recipe suits me better and I have been having it as a treat mixed with a little more liquid to make a 'chocolate spread' it keeps in the fridge in a covered container for several days spread on slices from the dukan loaf of bread/or toast is just wonderful,

7 teaspoon skimmed milk Powder
1 teaspoon coco powder
3 teaspoon of splenda
a few drops of any flavouring, i love the strawberry flavour, but vanilla or almond make a nice change,
4 or 5 teaspoon of water or if you want it as a spread add more water a ew drops at a time until it is the consistency you want,
