Hi everyone,
I am new to cambridge and have been doing really well completed day 9 and was really on a high as I was really 'in the zone' and not wanting to cheat at all. Lost 9lbs and was delighted....
then.....we had a bbq last night (hubby organised it and I had dreaded it all week) there was food and drink galore and it went on til 1am, during this time I really struggled as normally I am a party animal and I sat all night with a fizzy water but picked and picked and picked:cry:ate about two spoons of nuts, a few crisps, two cookies:sigh: and far too much chicken and fish. I am so disappointed with myself and feel it has really set me back, today I am struggling a lot craving all the left overs and everything else in the fridge.
Am so angry with myself, how long will it take me to get back in ketosis and will I put weight on do you think because of this slip?
Have not strayed at all today but it has been hard.
Any advice to encourage me would be greatly appreciated:cry:
