Hi
I'm only on day 3 but am already planning ahead to my add a meal week!
Have seen quite a few people say that they find it really hard to get back onto total solution after adding the food, which is definitely something I'm worried about. Anyone out there who finds it easy to have a week of meals, and go back to TS after? Any advice on how to do it?
