crusty rolls

Any body know the syn value for a single crusty roll? Im going to a bbq prepared with my own home made chicken skewers with onions and peppers, i want to have one burger which is home made but i wanted to know the syn value Ta all x

Depends on how big your roll is!

50g is 6.5
80g is 11.0

The Tesco 4 pack ones are 63g each and 8.0 syns each.

I opted out i didn't have any rolls stuck to my home made chicken skewers x
