Been wanting to get back to slimming for a while but with work and hardly having time to eat I just ate what I could grab in the time (excuses I know lol) but also I just couldn't get my head into gear :cry: BUT. . . since being pregnant I've not really wanted chocolate much at all and alot of fattening foods make me feel sick.
Since I am mostly wanting to eat fruit and salads I thought now was a good time to start (not so much for losing weight as I am pregnant, but more so I will have a healthier pregnancy without putting on loads more weight before the birth).
I started yesterday so Fridays will be my weigh-in day
Anyone else started slimming world after finding out they were pregnant?
(Oh and yes my midwife does know I've started the slimming world plan and is happy with it).
