I weighed in today and had a STS on the scales. I know exactly why. The past 2 weeks i haven't been able to stick to plan at all, with most days turning into WS days when they were meant to be TS, and some days totally off the rails. Yesterday, i ended up at McDonalds eating bigmac and fries with melted cheesy things on the side, which took me to a new low as even when i broke the diet before it was usually only keto foods like chicken and cheese.
After McDonalds i ate all kinds of stuff, chocolate and everything.
God knows how i managed it but this morning it was only a STS on the scales. Well, i was around 2lb or 3lb down earlier in the week so i guess that's what did it.
Anyway, as things have been getting worse and not better and i only lost 1lb in the past 2 weeks i have decided a change of diet is needed to break the cycle. I have decided to go to my backup diet, Atkins, just for the next week (maybe 2 weeks max) and then plan to restart Exante next Saturday.
So, i'll be gone from here for the next week or two weeks, but will definitely be back for another try in the near future. :cry: :wave_cry:
