Hi All, after falling off the Exante wagon about a month ago, I'm back. I have realised that I found the diet so much easier when I did TS, have decided to stick to TS for 43 days as that is when I go on holiday with hubby. My parents are having the kids for a week, it will be the first time I've been away with hubby since we got married 3 years ago. Super excited about it, but it's now dawning on me that its only 7 weeks away, and that fitting into the dresses and swimming costumes that I bought in size 14s might be pushing it slightly, as I'm currently size 18!!
I'm going to try and post here at least once a day, also have 30 day shred which i am also going to try and do once a day, anyway, thanks for reading, bye for now, will be back tomorrow
