1 syn for every 20 calories - if you don't know how many calories they are a quick google should bring it up, but they will probably be quite high in syns

I think the original glazed is either 13 or 14 syns? All the others range from 15-20 syns if I remember rightly, if you can tell me which variety you had I can give you the syn value I had a krispy kreme binge the other week! So worth it
