Hello all,
I really want to try a new diet plan and i'm looking into this one, but i'm so lost with what is it u actually do.
I've looked on the website emailed a consultant (awaiting a reply) but i don't get it. Is it like slim fast shake in the morning/dinner and a cal controlled tea?
Is there foods u can and can't eat?
Sorry just i'm not a fan of veg veg and veg so if its a case of i have to eat salads all the time i might as well give up now haha
