I have regular colonics as my loo issue's were extremely poor (only poo'd) once a week! 
but since having a course of 6 then one every 6 months to keep the system clean certainly made a huge difference (i'm very regular now....lol )
Can be very very expensive but worth every penny, to be honest although cleaning out the bowel will make you lose weight at that particular time colonics are for cleansing the system not really for weight loss, your therapist will explain all this to you on Tuesday & advise you on how many she recommends.

I would second this - and BTW is very good for IBS too...and alot of other ailments...
