"Anything from leaf, and not a fruit flavour" is how I understand it... but I just want to make sure that what I am drinking is ok, and what else I can buy.
So all my tea is Twinings...
green tea Jasmine - I think this is good, hope so, I am drinking it now
a moment of calm - Camomile, Honey and Vanilla.... sounds like something to stay well clear of
revive and revitalise - pure peppermint. Should be good?
revive and revitalise - lemon and ginger. Avoid?
Redbush tea (rooibos) - absolutely no idea. I hope I can drink it, it's my tea of choice. So far I have avoided it this week... it's a south african tea, ingredients on the box says "Aspalathus linearis"
So what's the rule? This is for 100% TFR.....
