I'm not very good at things like this but my friend said it might help to share how I am feeling so I though I would give it a go.
I started the CD diet on Monday after my friend had lost a lot of weight on it a few months back. I have tried every diet there is and I can't stick to them as I always end up cheating.
I want to lose weight so that I can be me on the outside as well as on the inside (yes I talk crap sometimes) I don't want to feel like everyone is looking at me and thinking that I'm a big fat lazy bum. I want to shop in the same shops as my friends and not have to go shopping on my own to the big girls shops. It might sound like I want a lot but I know it's possible
My week has not been so bad although I had a few low point when I didn't like the shake or soup I was having. I am limmitted to what I will have (only 5 shakes that I like and no soups) I still think I can do it though and I like the idea of losing weight having 3 choc shakes a day
My task this weekend is to think of my goals, I've just been taking it day by day this week. I want to set some minni goals so I'm not wating forever to achive my target of losing 9st ( on my I just thought, I need to lose a person in weight)
