Newbie/ Syn Values & how to work them out..

Hi there - I am new to SW, was always a WW but since they altered it all I thought it was time for a change!! Am currently on my 3rd week but am going it alone with just the books for company. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to work out Syn values of items - I have an addiction (lol) to Fizzy Lemonade Cables from Asda they are 66 cals each if that helps??
