indian meal - ideas needed

Hi, sorry if im posting in wrong place as on phone (comp system down)

I am planning on cooking an indian for weekend, ive found a fab receipe for bgajis, my downfall is samosas, if i were to make vegetable samosas, any ideas what i could swop the filo pastry with?

You can still use filo pastry, you just use it thinly. Here's a SW recipe for samosas (1 syn each on Green/EE, 2 on Red):

i think I saw some low fat filo somewhere but can;t remember where off the top of my head

Fab, thats grand to know, think i should limit how many i make as i dont jnow when to stop!
