Pittas

Hi all, just a quick question from a newbie. Is it just asda pittas that count as a HeB? I've got some tesco wholemeal ones which I'm pretty sure are similar if not almost identical to Asdas. Would I be able to have them instead or would I have to syn them?

If you look at the ingredient list for the Tesco pitta bread you will see that it is actually quite processed with additives and preservatives, plus the fact that it has oil in it. The Asda one has only four ingredients, is very unprocessed and has no oil in it. So although they are nutritionally very similar that is why the tesco one does not count.
