Does anyone know how many syns there would be in a small glass of red wine?

On average there are 27 syns in a bottle of wine, any colour, so depends on the size of your glass.arty0036:

It's still good value per syn though, especially with red wine I find.

If you have a really deep full bodied red, one glass is quite satisfying.

If it was a crisp chilled Sauvignon Blanc, then I would need the rest of the bottle too! I probably wouldn't stop, I love it!
