i only want to lose 1/2 st -9 lb's.

i feel like 29 is too much and i'm eating things for the sake of it - because I can.

my goal is between 9.7 - 9.9lbs.

no matter what diet ive tried i cannnot do it, pp is new to me, but feel im eating too much plus the weeklies!!

The reason you think that is because the media has trained us to think that in order to lose weight you have to starve. Its absolutely not true. You might not lose the weight as quickly as with Cambridge, Lighter Life or surgery with Weight Watchers, but the attitude you get will stay with you the rest of your life and change how you think about food. That's the goal with Weight Watchers. If you're looking for it to happen very quickly, it might not be the choice for you as they suggest you lose between 1-1.5lbs a week.

But as many people who are on 29pp a day, it's certainly not too much. And lots of people are losing on that amount. :)

Hi there i used to think that but i'm 10st, 2lbs and want to be 9st 9lbs i used to eat about 1-2pps for breakfast and then 3-4pps for lunch and a meal of about 6pp for tea so thats about 12pps fruit to snack on and use the rest for choc and crisps and still didnt lose anything so i had to train myself (and still training to have 4-5pps for brekkie and 6-7pps lunch and and about 11-12pps for dinner bringing me up to 24pps but its a healthier meal and more filling and less fat using all our 29 points on healthy filling foods is more likely to enable us to stick to it and lose at a more safe pace (although if i woke up 7lbs lighter i wouldnt grumble lol:D)
sorry that probably doesnt make much sense tired and full of coldx.

(i have 42pp a day and with good planning I can fill it fine. Lots of healthy snacks throughout the day keep my blood sugars at a normal level and i'm never starving, and never overfed)

So if I've switched from sw and STs. Do you think I should give it another week or two on pp and see how I go on.

Some days during this week I may have had a couple of pp left over and a day or two had too many. I just feel like it's too many pp. Since I don't have much to lose.

Thanks for above replies.

thanks hannata. I've seen you on lost of posts and give such good advice.

I'll stick at it. Maybe your right.

I've been busy today so only had 3pp breckie and had 4 ryvitas with light butter for lunch an our ago.
