Can anyone tell me the lowest syn quiche I can buy? Just the small ones meant for one person. Thanks :) X

Probably the weight-watchers ones, but they're still -

Weight Watchers, Crustless Mediterranean Vegetable Quiche, individual, chilled, 160g each 12½ 12½ 12½

Weight Watchers, Quiche Lorraine, individual, chilled, 165g each 16 16 16

Weight Watchers, Bacon, Leek & Cheese Quiche, individual, chilled, 165g each 15½ 15½ 15½

They're still high! It's because of the pastry.

Have you tried making your own pastry-less version?

They're so yummy!

I make mine in a silicon victoria sandwich 'tin' - fry off some onions, courgette, broccoli and bacon in some fry-light, pop this in the bottom of the 'tin' and spread out evenly. Then pour on your egg mixture (5 or 6 well-beaten eggs with a couple of tablespoons of water in to loosen it), then on the top I put sliced tomatoes and sprinkle over 2 HExAs of strong cheese, and then me and the OH have half each with some SW chips and salad.

That quiche is syn-free if you use the cheese as a HExA.

xx

Here are some more;

Co-op, Quiche Lorraine, Reduced Fat, individual, chilled, 170g each 16 16 16

Waitrose, Quiche Lorraine, Reduced Fat, 400g pack, chilled, 100g serving 9½ 9½ 9½

Oops yeah they are far to high in syns il try the pastry free version, thanks very much x

I know, I was really surprised considering the Weght Watchers ones are quite low in Points on the packet too.

I love quiche, and I have to say, I love the pastry-less version too. It is a very good subsitute, and that you can more or less eat as much as you like (counting the cheese of course) makes it even better in my book! But then, I am a greedy piggy!
