Also not quite stopping feeling hungry as you still have psychological hunger for a few weeks...but you find you care less about eating...when you stop and listen to whether you are hungry or not - if that feeling has gone you are in ketosis. Otherwise, no - it's the strips - but if you're 100% you'll be there by the end of Day 3 unless you had a real carbfest as your final meal - in which case maybe Day 4.
