worried about my first wi

Im worried about my first weigh in tommorow evening even tho ive stuck to the plan, normaly i don't each much pasta potato bread ect but this week i feel like ive over eaten and will have a gain on the scales. I have done a bit of excersize inc an ten mile walk on Saturday and the gym on Monday, ive got a bit of a stinking cold to and haven't been since Monday ive been drinking plenty of water between 3.5 and 4l a day, also am due my totm i think my first week seems doomed!

I got my TOTM literally as I walked out of the door to my 1st WI-I lost 6.5lbs!

Wow really? all i keep thinking is negative thought thinks its cos Im used to saying carbs ect r a no no lol
 
If you have followed the plan you will lose weight. Don't put too much pressure on yourself. When I started I was unsure how such small changes to my eating habits could make such a difference (I was a butter girl, and have cut it out completely), and like you I found myself eating more, but 23 WIs later and I am down over 3 stone.

Will also add that I still worry about WI every week. Think that helps keep me on track though. Good luck with your WI, let us know how it all goes!
 
Even if you have a slight gain this would probably because of totm, so the following week you will have a good loss?

Just a bit embassring if i have a gain on my first ever wi lol
