Well want a quick fix for my holiday in 5 weeks so last night i bought tescos own version of slim fast (ultraslim) i assume it works the exact same way as in you replace two meals with either a shake or a bar and u have a main meal then 3 snacks at 100 cals or less.. (the box says replace two meals but not 100% sure about snacks but im sure this and slimfast are more or less the same thing!)
Started today and not finding myself too hungry thankfully! Although they aren’t the nicest things to drink but at least i can get them down! Also will be having one day of at the weekend but wont go to mad, just so i can stick to it for the 5 weeks as i think i wud go mad if i didn’t have a day off! can someone point out if im goin wrong anywhere!thank u
So here goes;
Breakfast – ultraslim meal replacement shake
Snack – handful of strawberries – around 50cals (this is a guess)
Lunch – ultraslim meal replacement shake
Snack – ww tomato & basil puffs – 75 cals
Dinner – 2 tortilla wraps with breaded chicken strips, lettuce, peppers, onion, fresh chillies & tbsp chilli mayo, small amount of potato wedges cooked in oven
Snack – ww mini muffin – 85 cals
Total snack cals – 210cals
