hi yummymummy i started ww last week and only lost 3lbs in my first week and like you i was disappointed as ive always lost loads in my first week on other diets but i thought if this had been any other week i would of been really pleased ,i weigh in again on thursday and this morning i woke up got dressed and my trousers feel so much looser,stick with it hun for another week, i think like everyone has said sometimes it takes the second week to get a better loss on the scales,dont be disheartened it was 1.5 off not on which is brill xxxx
