i get weighed tommorrow second week lost 2.5lbs first week i feel so bloated look fatter tahn before i started this diet
and im sure i have put the weight back on
im sticking to the plan maybe gone over a few syns over weekend.dont want to have to go back to ww but i feel huge and im sure its with the amount we can eat and carbs
 
How about you wait till after weigh in before you start panicing hun? You don't know that you've gained anything yet. Why borrow trouble?

Also, you mentioned going over your syns - so if you do gain it is likely that is your issue.

Its true that SW requires you to take responsibility for portion control rather than doing it for you like WW does but in the long run it will be a good exercise learn - otherwise you are stuck counting points for the rest of your life! How dull is that??

And Carbs are not evil! They are actually very good for you if you eat the right typea. Maybe try some brown rice or pasta.

Also, it could be hormones that are making you feel bloated.

See - lots of possible reasons for how your feeling which are not to do with a gain x
 
Kingleds is right, there are lots of reasons why you could be feeling bloated.

I'm sure if you do a search you'll find lots of threads on being bloated & it may give you some ideas on what could be causing it.

SW does work, it's brill & fits in so easily with my life.;)
 
I can only 2nd that (well 3rd :) )
Your body is just getting used to things, and it doesn't always work the way we expect!
As for feeling bloated, many find that peppermint teas helps.....
Wait for WI - you might be surprised!
 
Just stick with it, and it does work in the end.
I had previously been doing WW before joining SW at the end of January, and had no amazing weight losses but over the weeks, I have gradually lost 1stone and half a pound, and am now lighter than I have been for years!
