botanical slimming tablets

lol...i know. i was on them last year and they were great but i put on alot of weight when i came off them again...:cry:
 
Marylou don't be despondent you are better off on ww as that teaches you to eat properly n not rely on anything else. Says she who's just shared fish n chips with her kid!! Lol x
 
yes, littlemisstrouble, that's true and the great thing bout ww is you can have your fish and chips!!!!
 
I have just bought these this morning.. Gona start them tomoro.. I think!!

Did you gain lotz coz yer diet (as in what you were eating) went back to unhealthy uncontrolled portion sizes or as a result of coming off them? If that's the case I won't start them..
Am normally so anti diet pills.. But I have been doing WW propoints system since January.. Lost almost 1.5st up to March and since then I have yo-yoed up down that last half stone.. While still sticking to the program.. OK not religiously but I haven't gone mad for long periods or been off track for more then a day r two (with the exception of a weeks holiday in June)
I have always tracked (since January) and am really starting to lose my motivation completely.. So I got these to give me a little push again.. Jeez when looking at my motive in black and white it sounds like total tripe!!

Really dont want to gain the stone I am still managing to hold off but I need to lose more.. Its not like I'm down to my last few pound so its most difficult.. I still have a couple of stone to go..
